REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION

1. Cancellation would be accepted only within 12 hours after the order is placed. Cancellation thereafter will be at the discretion of competent authority at GenZify store.

2. For Cancellation, an email must be sent to genzify.shop@gmail.com with complete details of the purchase and reason for cancellation.

 RETURNS

*THERE IS NO RETURNS AND REFUND APPLICABLE FOR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS.

There won't be any returns acceptable unless the product received is in a damaged condition

RETURNS(if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGE (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if there are any size issues. If you need to exchange it for the same item,send us an email at genzify.shop@gmail.com

IMPORTANT NOTE

Please make a video of opening a parcel without any edits. Start the video from the moment you receive the parcel and show the entire process of opening it, including any packaging or wrapping that is involved. Do not edit the video in any way and upload the raw footage for RETURN OR REFUND.
